Yoga Therapy



Our life changing therapy sessions begins on the first day with our assessment process.  You start by filling out a questionnaire and from there we discuss what you feel are issues and what your goals are.  This session is about 1.5 to two hours in length.

First Therapy Session

Our first sessions goes through a plan we have created to best meet your goals and objectives.  From there, I will provide you daily activities to complete in between sessions.

Follow Up Therapy Sessions

The frequency of our sessions after the first two is as often as you wish.  I recommend a sliding scale starting with weekly and moving less frequently as we fine tune the program based on the results you are having. 

Journaling Results

The client is encouraged to keep a journal of each session with and without the therapist and to bring that journal with you to your follow up appointments
